LIC HFL Junior Assistant Remuneration & Benefits 2026
Selected Junior Assistants will receive a competitive CTC package that varies based on the city category (Category I, II, or III) in which they are posted.
The basic pay is uniform at ₹20,000 across all city categories, but HRA and other benefits differ based on city classification. In addition to salary, Junior Assistants are eligible for Gratuity, Staff Housing Loan Scheme, and Performance Linked Incentive as per applicable company rules. Annual increments of up to 10% of Basic Pay are provided based on quarterly/annual performance.
The company’s Meal Coupon is payable at ₹210 per working day (for approximately 24 working days per month), though this may vary month to month. LIC HFL Junior Assistant Selection Process 2026
The selection process for LIC HFL Junior Assistant consists of three stages: an Online Examination, a Personal Interview, and a Medical & Background Verification check. The Online Examination is objective type, multiple choice, conducted in English only, with a total duration of 2 hours and 200 questions carrying 200 marks across 5 sections. Important Instructions for Candidates
